Through secure video or phone consultations, patients can receive medical advice, obtain prescriptions,  and address non-emergency health issues such as common illnesses, mental health concerns, skin conditions, and more. Appointments are simple to book online, and prescriptions can be sent directly to your pharmacy. The service is currently available in Ontario and expanding to other regions. It is OHIP-covered for eligible patients.
